Community & Organizational Support
I collaborate with agencies, community organizations, and businesses to offer steady, voluntary support for people and groups navigating change. I bring a background in conflict resolution, which helps me create neutral spaces where people can talk honestly, sort through what’s happening, and move toward clearer next steps.
This work includes reentry‑informed circles, group support spaces, one‑on‑one support, and workshops shaped around communication, values, navigating change, timeline mapping, and other topics that fit the needs of the group. All community services are non‑clinical and non‑spiritual.
I also support organizations with communication‑focused workshops, team development, and prevention‑minded skill‑building. This includes trainings that strengthen protective factors, improve communication patterns, support resilience, and create environments where people can work together with more steadiness and clarity. My role is educational and collaborative, helping teams build the skills and conditions that lead to healthier, more effective outcomes.
